We tend to have a pretty conservative view toward WordPress plugins and prefer installing as few plugins as possible for our clients. We often code functionality ourselves rather than installing a plugin to do the work. Despite this philosophy, we’ve noticed a tendency to use most of the same plugins for our projects. The list below is not a curated list of the best WordPress plugins (Tidy Repo does a good job of that), but a list of favored plugins that we find useful for our client development.
