Matt has more than 15 years experience in business development, project management, application and database development, and technical instruction. Matt has also worked as a Senior Engineer, Adjunct Professor, and Service Manager. He received a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
Tim has over 15 years experience in the areas of web development, information design, and project management. He received a B.A. in English Literature with a Minor in Computer Science from James Madison University. Tim enjoys music, cooking, college basketball, and spending quality time with his wife, Annette, and daughter, Ellia.
As co-founding partner and creative director at Convoy, Matt oversees creative development for all studio accounts. Throughout his career he has designed and managed award-winning work for clients big and small. His clean and bold design aesthetic has served a wide variety of clients such as Time Life, Procter & Gamble, and AARP. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and running marathons.
Courtney stays busy transforming Convoy’s custom web designs into WordPress themes for our growing legion of clients. Her passion for coding extends to PHP, WordPress development, Ruby on Rails, and Responsive Front-End development. Courtney graduated from JMU with a BA in Media Arts and Design and — when not reading up on industry best practices — enjoys playing the piano, mandolin and watercoloring.
As a designer, Anna is drawn to strong type and bold colors. She has a clean, purposeful aesthetic that can be leveraged on anything from logos to print spreads to the wide world of responsive web. Anna graduated from UVA in 2012 and holds an MFA in fiction writing from New York University. In her spare time, she writes, reads, cooks, and indulges in massive, massive quantities of campy television.
